Meher and Sarabjeet pray together for Param’s recovery and do everything they can to lift his spirits. Later, they surprise him by bringing an ice cream cart home, giving Param a much-needed reason to smile.

With Param due to attend a school picnic, Meher turns to her family for help keeping him safe. Yuvi also comes up with his own idea to make sure nothing happens to Param.

Meher and Sarabjeet rush an unconscious Param to hospital, where doctors prepare him for urgent surgery. Sarabjeet’s panic grows when he goes looking for the expected donor and discovers the room is completely empty.

Sarabjeet makes a desperate public appeal for someone who can help save Param, but tests show that Meher’s family members are not suitable matches.

Meher is then faced with a painful choice as she considers putting her pregnancy at risk to give Param the chance he desperately needs.

Meher pleads with Sarabjeet to allow her to become Param’s donor. Sarabjeet cannot bear the thought of putting Meher, their unborn baby and Param at risk at the same time and urges her to have faith instead.

Sarabjeet is terrified when Meher becomes trapped inside an elevator while trying to get to the donation procedure. He manages to rescue her, but precious time has already been lost and Param’s chances are becoming more uncertain.

Despite an injured foot, Sarabjeet collects the necessary medication from the airport and races back to the hospital. Meanwhile, Param’s classmates and teachers gather to pray for the success of his liver transplant.

Param’s transplant is successful, but the family still cannot celebrate because Meher’s condition remains critical.

With doctors having done all they can, Sarabjeet is forced to wait helplessly and place his remaining hope in fate and prayer.

The family finally receives the news they have been hoping for when Meher wakes up.

A celebration is later held for Meher and Param’s recovery, where Harleen gives an emotional speech and thanks Meher for everything she has done for the family.

Meher receives a grand welcome when she returns home, but the happiness is short-lived. She is deeply hurt when Harleen refuses to give her blessing to Meher’s unborn child.

Harleen arrives expecting to unveil a statue at the hospital and is surprised to find Meher there with Param.

Sarabjeet then makes a major announcement by naming the hospital Choti Sarrdaarni, immediately raising questions about the meaning behind his choice.

Sarabjeet proudly honours Meher with the title of Chhoti Sardarni and openly praises everything she has done for the family.
