Anupama Teasers for October 2026

Anupama asks Kunal to use his social media influence to help promote her cafe. At the same time, Gautam begins turning Paritosh against Anupama by convincing him that she is responsible for the difficulties the family has faced.

Kunal is impressed by Anupama’s cooking and offers her an opportunity to work with him. Her determination also wins him over, leading him to decide that Digvijay Cafe deserves a positive review on Akshaya Tritiya.

Anupama helps an upset daughter reunite with her mother and brings some happiness back into their lives. Her own pain remains unresolved, however, as Rahi and Prem are still angry with her.

The Shah family shares an emotional moment together, while tensions flare between Meeta and Vasundhara. Rossi approaches Anupama with an apology and asks to be forgiven for the way she behaved before.

Anupama convinces Digvijay not to punish Rossi and urges him to forgive her instead. Their relief is short-lived when Ranvijay serves a notice to seize Digvijay Cafe and orders them to vacate the premises.

Rahi steps in after Gautam behaves badly towards Ansh and confronts him over his actions. Elsewhere, Digvijay opens up to Anupama about his past and reveals that Anuj once helped him financially so he could start a cafe for Saavi.

Prem remains upset with Rahi after hearing her praise Anupama. The Shahs celebrate Kinjal’s return, while Anupama arrives in Ahmedabad alongside Digvijay, Banku and Jaya.

Anupama performs a graceful dance at the temple during the Sita Navami celebrations. Meanwhile, Khyati is overcome with emotion when Parag gives her power of attorney for the business.

Returning to her mother’s house brings back powerful memories for Anupama. Rahi comforts Khyati as she struggles with missing Parag, while Prerana helps Prem realise that he was wrong to remain angry with Rahi.

Anupama begins a new chapter in Ahmedabad as she prepares to start Saavi’s cafe. Vasundhara turns on Rahi, but Shruti’s arrival gives Anupama something to be happy about.

Anupama becomes emotional while thinking about her past and imagining what it would be like to finally have a home of her own. Elsewhere, Rahi and Shruti begin forming a closer bond, and the change does not go unnoticed by the family.

Anupama encourages Digvijay to enter the food carnival. Rahi accepts Prem’s apology and, despite the tension around them, decides that she will support Shruti.

Anupama throws herself into restoring the cafe. Prem is furious when he discovers what she is doing and takes his anger out on Rahi, while Vasundhara pressures Rahi to make sure the cafe is shut down.

Rahi’s anger boils over and she destroys the cafe, blaming Anupama for ruining Prem’s dream. Afterwards, Shruti takes care of Rahi’s injury and gives her emotional support.

Vasundhara humiliates Khyati after she gives Anil advice about business documents. Meanwhile, Shruti approaches Prem with a business proposal and invites him to become her partner in a new cafe.

Vasundhara tells Gautam that she plans to use Shruti as a way of targeting Anupama. Away from the plotting, Hasmukh and the rest of the family surprise Leela with a birthday celebration.

Vasundhara openly praises Shruti and reveals that she has invested money in Prem’s cafe, making her intentions towards Anupama increasingly clear. As the families celebrate Leela’s birthday, Anupama finds herself thinking about Anuj.

Anupama speaks openly about the love she still carries for Anuj and explains why she chose to open a cafe with Digvijay. Rahi then accuses her of replacing Anuj with Digvijay, leaving Anupama deeply hurt.

Rahi’s accusations push Anupama too far, and Anupama slaps her after Rahi claims that Digvijay has taken Anuj’s place in her life. Leela worries about what society will say, but Anupama refuses to let other people’s opinions decide whether she is allowed to seek happiness.

Pakhi humiliates Banku over his social status after seeing him speak to Ishani. Anupama and Digvijay then face another setback when their landlord unexpectedly asks them to leave the house.

Gautam’s plan takes a dangerous turn when one of his goons traps Anupama and Hasmukh inside the cafe after cutting the gas pipe. Digvijay arrives before it is too late and manages to rescue them from the leaking gas.

Vasundhara warns Gautam not to use her name while carrying out schemes against the Shah family. Anupama, meanwhile, is overcome with emotion when she finally sees the name of her new cafe: Anu Ki Rasoi.

Anupama performs a puja at her cafe as she prepares for its new beginning. On Mother’s Day, Shruti surprises Prem and Rahi by opening their dream cafe directly opposite Anupama’s, leaving Anupama stunned by the development.

Rahi openly takes a stand against Anupama, and Anupama is heartbroken by the depth of her daughter’s anger towards her. Despite the family conflict, Digvijay and the others have something to celebrate when the cafe records a successful first day of business.
