The competition between Lucy and Nokwazi reaches a breaking point, leaving one of them disappointed. Trouble erupts in Alex. A fearful Donald appeals to G-Wagon about Lulu, but G-Wagon cannot promise anything. Khethiwe finally makes herself known, while Lulu struggles with being caught between Tau and Kea.

The mysterious Khethiwe continues trying to reach Tau and Nomasebe. The Mabasos decide how to deal with Ma Gang, while Nokwazi hustles to become part of Lucy’s new canteen. Vee wants to know her father better, but Refilwe gives coded warnings about him.

As the reality of pregnancy sinks in, Lulu begins to spiral. Nkaba uses an unsuspecting Vee to reach Refilwe, while Sebe keeps Ntando at a distance. Jack and G-Wagon shut Ntando out of the family business, Sam’s resentment towards Vee becomes clear, and Khethiwe asks Tau for money.

Ntando makes a reckless promise after getting into trouble for drinking Jack’s alcohol, leaving himself trapped. Kea insists on interviewing Khethiwe as she tries to find out whose side she is on. Sebe has questions Khethiwe cannot answer, Nkaba is cornered by Vee and Lulu, and Jack decides he must take action.

Refilwe refuses to fall for Nkaba’s apology. Sebe tries to get answers from Khethiwe, while Rose increases the pressure on Ntando over her mother’s portrait. Kea is triggered by Lulu’s presence, and Fikile refuses to let Jack interfere in editorial decisions.
