October picks up with MaNkwanyane still refusing to let Msizi go. Even after her lies are exposed, she finds new ways to remain part of his life, making things increasingly difficult for both Msizi and Zethu.
Msizi initially chooses Zethu, but MaNkwanyane’s shocking news changes the situation again. What follows is a complicated mix of ultimatums, family pressure and circumstances that keep pulling Msizi back into MaNkwanyane’s world.
By the middle of the month, MaNkwanyane has even begun embracing life as a Dlamini makoti. Zethu eventually decides to step away from the battle and focus on herself, but that does not mean her connection with Msizi disappears.
