Jhanak finally challenges Rishi over the way he keeps doubting her, and the conversation quickly becomes heated. Elsewhere, Aditi wants Arshi to join her on a wellness initiative in Shimulboni.

Jhanak hopes a meeting with Arya might help Putul, but Putul is still too angry to hear him out. Mishti begins treating patients without charging them, while Parasar makes it clear that he is not interested in the marriage his aunt is trying to arrange.

The family wants answers after discovering what really happened with Putul and the story Jhanak told about music school. Anjana also confronts Aditi over the part she played in keeping Arshi and Aniruddha apart.

Jhanak decides against allowing Putul to enter the singing competition. Meanwhile, Sanjhbati notices worrying changes in Dritimaan and alerts the family.

A private phone call is enough to make Rishi suspicious again, putting Jhanak on the defensive. The family then receives troubling news after Dritimaan’s medical results come in.

Putul senses that Jhanak is carrying a lot of pain, but Jhanak refuses to say what is really troubling her. Rishi is struggling too, although his emotions continue to come out as anger.

Rishi loses control of his temper and humiliates Arya in front of others. The fallout leaves several relationships even more fragile.

Aditi’s closeness to Rishi starts making Jhanak uncomfortable, but he reassures her about his feelings. Later, Payal reacts angrily when Jhanak insists on performing the Kali aarti.

Jhanak notices Rishi suddenly stop dancing and leave the visarjan after seeing Aditi. Aditi also senses that something has changed in him and later discusses it with Koushik.

When Aniruddha becomes ill, Jhanak checks his prescription and realises that something is wrong with the medication. Aditi objects strongly to her involvement, forcing Jhanak to defend why she stepped in.

Rishi’s jealousy over Jhanak comes out in the way he treats Ayushman. Jhanak refuses to accept his behaviour and leaves with Ayushman despite Rishi’s objections.

Ayushman tells Jhanak about plans to organise a free medical camp in Shimulboni and reminds her how often Rishi has treated her without respect. Later, Jhanak accompanies Rishi to his office party.

Jhanak reaches Shimulboni and tells Parasar and the villagers about the upcoming free medical camp. Unknown to her, Rishi has followed behind because he is determined to find out what she has been hiding.

Jhanak refuses to quietly accept the criticism directed at her. When Rishi once again questions her relationship with Ayushman, she demands the trust and respect she feels her marriage has been missing.

Jhanak tells Rishi that he is going to become a father, but his reaction is anything but joyful. Instead, doubt immediately takes over and he questions whether the child could really be his.

Tanushree and Abhimanyu want Rishi to bring Jhanak home, but he refuses. Aniruddha later confronts him and demands an explanation for the accusations he has made against Jhanak.

Aniruddha is furious about how badly Jhanak has been treated and tells Rishi that divorce may now be the better option. Ayushman, meanwhile, urges Jhanak to focus on her health while she deals with the emotional fallout.

The supposed pregnancy takes a completely unexpected turn. Rishi reveals that a past injury left him unable to father children, while doctors explain that Jhanak is not pregnant and instead has a tumour that requires surgery.

Rishi begins to understand how much damage was caused by believing Aditi and doubting Jhanak. He cuts ties with Aditi, while Dadabhai encourages Jhanak to think carefully before closing the door on Rishi for good.
