Doreen fights hard against the Shabalalas to protect Nqubeko. At the same time, MaMchunu worries that history may repeat itself between Thoba and Sibusiso.

MaMchunu and Mshengu clash, while Doreen continues pushing to get her son out of a terrible situation. Sibusiso confronts his mother about her lack of sensitivity toward Didi.

Doreen brings a suit for Nqubeko as everyone waits to see whether he will be granted bail. Mshengu and MaMchunu find peace, but things quickly turn ugly when Doreen and MaMchunu clash. Questions also begin to arise about Nomsa.
