Cassper Nyovest Set to Drop Rap Music

Cassper Nyovest is poised to reinvigorate the SA hip-hop scene with a new rap project following a long hiatus.

This Thursday, Nyovest took to social media to announce his return to rap, revealing that he has been writing extensively and is eager to showcase his skills. The rapper has spent years exploring the Amapiano genre, so his return to rap is highly anticipated by fans.

Cassper boldly stated in his post, “I’ve been writing a lot lately and I have a desire to rap. I also believe that when it comes to what I do, NOBODY DOES IT BETTER.”

The announcement comes shortly after Big Zulu’s diss track 200 Bars targeted Cassper, teasing his recent faith in God.

In reaction to Nyovest’s tweet, one user remarked, “Aaaah chief you have been saying the same thing and when you rap, you don’t push the albums (e.g. Solomon & AMN). You slept on both those projects, more especially Solomon.”
