October at a Glance
October begins with Megha hoping her new dance school will give her something positive to focus on. Unfortunately, even its opening is affected by the problems between her and Arjun, while Navjot continues interfering from the sidelines.
The school is soon shut down, forcing Megha to investigate who is behind the closure. At the same time, the storyline involving Mr. Bhatti and human trafficking continues to bring danger closer to Megha.
A far more personal crisis then develops inside the Khurana family.
Megha becomes suspicious of KP after learning about an extramarital affair. Goldie eventually reveals disturbing allegations about him, but Arjun finds it almost impossible to believe that his father could be responsible.
Megha refuses to stay silent. She supports Goldie, searches for evidence and eventually sees KP arrested after Ranjeeta arrives with a warrant.
The arrest creates a serious divide between Megha and Arjun. He initially believes his father has been wrongly accused, while Megha continues finding evidence and witnesses that strengthen the case against KP.
Even so, Arjun cannot completely turn against Megha. When KP’s lawyer attacks her character in court, Arjun immediately defends her.
The entire situation changes after Navjot decides that KP’s arrest could ruin the family’s reputation. She poisons him and attempts to make his death look like suicide.
Arjun believes that KP has taken his own life and directs his grief towards Megha. Their marriage quickly falls apart as he destroys their belongings and vows to walk away from her.
The final week becomes increasingly volatile. Arjun wants revenge but refuses Navjot’s suggestion that he simply divorce Megha. His anger eventually leads him to abduct Megha, only for the journey to end in an accident.
Despite everything Arjun has done, Megha continues trying to protect him. She is seriously injured during a boxing match while coming to his aid.
October ends with yet another mystery. Arjun disappears from hospital and wakes up at the home of his childhood friend Moktha. Megha follows him there, but a sudden fire leaves Moktha pointing the finger at her.
