Rengin decides she has had enough and confronts both Timur and Bahar, making her expectations clear to each of them. Meanwhile, trouble involving Umay leads her teacher to summon Bahar to the school for a serious discussion.

Gulcicek and Nevra finally receive the results of their biopsies, but the news is not good for one of them. Elsewhere, Evren is caught off guard when someone unexpected arrives to see him.

Bahar begins making plans for a fresh start and looks towards a life beyond the problems that have been holding her back. Those plans are interrupted when an emergency at the hospital unexpectedly brings the Yavuzoglu family closer.

Uras decides that he must accept responsibility for what happened with Zeynep. Bahar, meanwhile, is emotionally exhausted after weeks of painful revelations and struggles to keep herself together.

Timur and Bahar find themselves involved in a Romeo and Juliet performance, although Bahar is determined to do things differently. Later, a fundraiser leads Evren into an unexpected encounter.

A fire breaks out at the hospital, throwing staff and patients into chaos. Even in the middle of the emergency, Bahar refuses to stand back and becomes closely involved in Leyla’s case.

Bahar meets an unusual divorce lawyer who could help her move forward, but Timur and Nevra both have plans that may complicate the process. Selen is also left shaken by a revelation she never expected.

Bahar tries to put Ayhan’s advice into practice, but Timur continues finding ways to interfere with her decisions. Evren, meanwhile, is frustrated by all the things he wants to tell Bahar but cannot bring himself to say.

Nevra celebrates her discharge from hospital with a party, and Bahar sees the gathering as the perfect opportunity to make an important move. Elsewhere, a life-changing discovery causes a serious rift between Umay and Parla.

Doruk discovers video footage connected to the hospital fire and immediately shares it with the others. Evren continues trying to convince Bahar that she does not have to face everything alone.

Knowing she needs medical treatment, Bahar asks Evren for just one more day to put her affairs in order before checking into hospital. Timur, meanwhile, prepares a new tactic that could weaken the video evidence against him.

The residents are tested to find out whether any of them could be a suitable transplant donor for Bahar. Timur insists that he should be the one to help her, while Nevra starts looking for a clever way out of her growing financial problems.

Nevra is uncomfortable with the idea of Evren operating on Timur now that she knows more about his identity. At the same time, Ruzgar forces Parla and Umay to finally speak to each other, but his attempt to make peace goes badly wrong.

Cagla and Gulcicek organise a “single mom” celebration for Bahar, although Umay is far from pleased about it. The mood changes suddenly when Selen collapses and has to be rushed to the emergency room.

Sureyya warns the interns that job cuts are on the way and that some of them could soon be out of work. Meanwhile, the tension between Umay and Parla erupts once again.

Timur wants Evren out of the picture, but he is careful not to destroy his own hopes of getting Bahar back. Bahar, meanwhile, comes to an important decision after finally accepting what she feels for Evren.

Bahar and Evren finally share a kiss, but the moment leaves Bahar wondering whether she is truly ready for another relationship. Sureyya sees their growing closeness and begins plotting to keep them apart.

Sureyya organises a celebration in Uras’s honour, while Selen reaches an important decision about her pregnancy. Evren makes his position clear to Bahar and gives her one day to decide whether she wants a future with him.

Parla joins forces with Rengin to come up with a plan against the people they believe have treated them badly. Bahar, meanwhile, agrees to visit Selen’s mother after Selen asks for her help.

Bahar refuses to allow Efsun to look down on her family and goes as far as borrowing money to purchase Selen’s ring. Aziz Uras, meanwhile, struggles with an important decision about whether to accept the scholarship he has been offered.
