October begins with Sarthak trying to move forward. After everything that happened with Anandi, he accepts Sukhada’s proposal and agrees to marry her, believing that the decision will bring some peace to his family.
But Sarthak’s past is much closer than he realises.
Anandi is still in contact with members of his family, and she initially does not even know that Sarthak is the man Sukhada plans to marry. The truth becomes impossible to avoid when she finally sees the two of them together.
Instead of fighting for her old marriage, Anandi does the opposite. She supports Sukhada, convinces her parents to approve the wedding and repeatedly insists that she will never return to Sarthak’s life.
Sarthak finds it far harder to close that chapter.
Once he discovers Anandi is nearby, he becomes desperate to understand why she disappeared. Their eventual meeting leaves him with even more questions, especially when Anandi continues pretending that her feelings no longer matter.
Sukhada slowly begins sensing the unfinished history between them. Although she trusts Anandi enough to invite her into the family home, Sarthak’s reaction whenever Anandi is present makes her increasingly uneasy.
Vrunda and Shalaka are only too willing to make that insecurity worse. They spend much of the month searching for Anandi and looking for ways to expose her true identity before the wedding.
